PERFORMANCE AND POWER

At the heart of the C7040 is a 700 × 400 jaw, fed via a direct-feed hopper and protected by Hardox lining to withstand abrasive materials and extend service life. Material is crushed efficiently and discharged onto a folding conveyor, with an integrated overband magnet for effective ferrous metal separation.

Power is supplied by a 3.3-litre Stage 5 diesel engine from Yanmar, driving a diesel-powered hydraulic system throughout the machine. The crusher delivers an output of 30–60 tonnes per hour, with a hydraulically adjustable crush size from 40 mm to 125 mm, allowing operators to adapt quickly to different material types and job requirements.

MOBILITY AND TRANSPORT

Mounted on a tracked undercarriage with rubber tracks, the C7040 is designed for stability, low ground pressure, and ease of movement across site environments. Dog-lead remote control enables safe and accurate positioning, even in confined or restricted-access areas. With a compact footprint and low overall weight, the machine is easy to transport and can be containerised for cost-effective shipping.
