Heavy-Duty Tractor-Powered Jaw Crusher – 900 x 450 Aperture

Designed as a primary crusher for more demanding applications, the AG900 Power is a heavy-duty jaw crusher built to handle larger material with improved efficiency.

With a 900 x 450mm jaw aperture and increased weight over the standard AG900, it is well suited to breaking larger rocks and concrete in primary crushing applications. Corrugated jaw plates provide enhanced grip, reducing slippage and improving overall crushing performance on more challenging materials.

Powered directly by tractor PTO, the AG900 Power also utilises the tractor to operate all hydraulic functions. Material is fed directly into the Hardox-lined hopper, offering added durability and extended machine life.

Crush size is easily adjustable down to 50mm, with processed material discharged onto a conveyor for stockpiling or reuse.

Built for strength and reliability, the upgraded chassis, running gear and jack legs ensure stability and durability across a range of working environments, while still maintaining ease of transport between sites.

Suitable for a wide range of applications including demolition, recycling, quarrying, farm tracks, yards and general site work, delivering versatility across both small- and large-scale projects.

Optional extras include an overband magnet for removing steel and improving final material quality.
