The Herbst C9045 is a robust tracked jaw crusher designed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of applications, including recycling, demolition, construction and landscaping. Performance and Power
At the heart of the C9045 is a 900 × 450 jaw, fed via a direct-feed hopper and protected by Hardox lining to withstand abrasive materials and extend service life. Material is crushed efficiently and discharged onto a folding conveyor, with an integrated overband magnet for effective ferrous metal separation.
Power is supplied by a 3.3-litre Stage 5 diesel engine from Yanmar, driving a fully hydraulic system throughout the machine. The crusher delivers an output of 40–80 tonnes per hour, with a hydraulically adjustable crush size from 40 mm to 150 mm, allowing operators to adapt quickly to different material types and job requirements.
