Description
The S72 is the largest model in the Herbst screener range, designed to deliver high-capacity performance across a wide range of screening applications.
Built around a robust 2-deck screening box, the machine features an enlarged screening area with a 9’4” x 4’ top deck, providing increased throughput and efficient material separation. The extended top deck also creates a generous loading area, allowing material to be fed directly onto the screen for processing.
Complete with hydraulically folding fines, mid-grade and oversize conveyors, the S72 is designed for quick setup and efficient transport between sites.
Performance and Screening
The aggressive forward-facing screening box is capable of processing up to 250+ TPH, delivering reliable performance across demanding applications.
Suitable for a wide range of materials and industries including:

- Sand and gravel
- Soil and compost
Mobility and Transport
Despite its high-capacity design, the S72 maintains a comparatively low operating weight at just over 9,000kg.
Mounted on a tracked undercarriage and operated via dog-lead remote control, the machine offers excellent manoeuvrability and ease of transport, allowing efficient movement between sites and working areas.
